I’ve found a file in the Pazzles Craft Room that has become my go to file for kids birthday cards at the moment – it’s fun, it’s simple and it’s different to what the kids usually receive.

I’ve been using it with a cardstock base and then cutting patterned paper for the top flap and the front section. I’ve handwritten the gift card and then added a coordinating ribbon around the present and sometimes a number resembling the birthday boy or girl’s age.
Here are a couple of my recent projects. I’m planning on making batches of them to sell too, so if you’re interested, feel free to email me to order some. I’m also planning on making some that are a bit more heavily embellished.
